17. Halloween. Everyone dresses up like a freak and no one cares. It brings the world onto the same level.

21. February 29th. Just because it’s so uncommon.

29. I was just given The Scarlet Pimpernel to read. I’m sort of reading The Bluest Eye for a class. I don’t really read much. I’m reading textbooks and sociological books and things. Not much for novels, I’m not in an English class right now. Last semester I “read” The Brothers Karamazov, Gilgamesh, Lolita, The God of Small Things, The Inferno.

31. Breakfast at Tiffany’s. V for Vendetta. Easy A. All Miyazaki/Ghibli movies. I just love them. Oh yeah, classic Disney animated….. and Anastasia.

32. The Packers. American football, right? I hate it. But my brother was born in Milwaulkee and the only person in my cortege who cared last semester was a Packers fan, so…

37. Cats. I just like the affectionate independence. They remind me of myself.
